Directline appoints new marketing head
Directline Holidays has appointed Kay Bustin as head of Product Marketing, who joins from Teletext Holidays.
Formerly head of product at Teletext Holidays, where she was responsible for the re-launch strategy of Teletext Holidays’ website, Bustin will be responsible for developing and marketing new product to drive revenue at Directline.
She will report directly into Maria Whiteman, CEO of Directline Holidays.
Bustin started her career at Virgin Holidays after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University with a BA (Hons) in Tourism and Business Management and has worked for Lastminute.com and Cara Hotel Marketing.
Maria Whiteman, chief executive officer of Directline Holidays said: "With Kay’s excellent tour operator background and her proven product and marketing track record, we’re confident that she will enhance the merchandising our product and further develop our product range to meet the needs of our customers and our business".
