Disneyland ending early park access for hotel guests
Disneyland Resort hotel guests are losing the early park access perk starting January 5, 2026.
They will no longer get to use the Early Theme Park Entry program, which allows access 30 minutes before the park officially opens.
Instead hotel guests will receive one free Lightning Lane entry pass during their stay.
This gives priority access to Lightning Lane Multi Pass attractions at the park.
However, attractions such as Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and Radiator Springs Racers are not included.
Normal theme park admission and a park reservation are required.
Park officials say the early entry program was not widely used.
The last valid day for early entry is January 4, 2026.
It is currently available on specific days – Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays and at Disney California Adventure Park on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
