DMC Destination Asia rolls out Agent Hub online platform
Destination Asia has rolled out the Agent Hub online platform for travel trade partners.
The DMC’s new B2B platform is a centralised source of itineraries, sales tools, training materials and and country information, which can be viewed or downloaded.
It is for exclusive use by registered agents working with Destination Asia in its core markets which include Thailand, Vietnam, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos.
The company touts it as a one-stop resource for all relevant information rather than spending time contacting each individual office for specific information.
It also offers high-res images and video content for partners to use in their marketing
"We are constantly seeking new ways to reduce the time our partners spend sourcing information, and the Agent Hub has been a key turning point in achieving this. Sharing access to the same platform and data helps eliminate confusion or miscommunication between our partners, reservation teams and product departments," the company said.
