Dolphin in RCI deal
Timeshare exchange giant RCI is to use Dolphin Dynamics technology to streamline its sales processes and increase productivity.
Using point of sale system TravelScanner and mid/back office system Travel Manager, the deal is designed to unify RCL’s systems on a single platform enabling the company’s staff to sell and fulfil travel more effectively.
The two Dolphin brands will deliver automation to various aspects of the RCI organisation, including its UK call centre.
The deal will unify all of the company’s travel selling systems, as well as mid and back office, on a single platform.
RCI travel and leisure distribution vice-president Paul Carter said: “We are continually striving to improve our operations and to provide outstanding customer service. I am delighted that RCI’s capabilities as an award-winning call centre in travel will be further optimised with this investment.”
Dolphin president Roberto Da Re said: “We feel both companies share the same vision of selling travel and we look forward to continuing to work with RCI and other customers to expand the functionality as well as the breadth of travel content available from within TravelScanner.”
