Dolphin launch new system
Technology firm Dolphin Dynamics has launched a system for small and medium sized agencies which enables customers to keep up to date with bookings online.
The technology, called the Dolphin Web Customer Service module, allows holidaymakers to access full details of their booking including financial data such as balance payments.
Dolphin said it is the kind of information provided by the big dot com and which is expected by customers.
“It empowers agents to more effectively compete in the online world,” a spokesman said.
Customers who misplace their itineraries, invoices and receipts can also reprint them from the web with no need to burden their agent with the task.
