Dream Hotel Group signs Turks and Caicos resort
Dream Hotel Group has unveiled plans for a first property in the Turks and Caicos.
The Bight by Dream Hotel Group will have 90 guest rooms and suites as well as multiple food and beverage venues.
These include a café, garden-to-table restaurant, rum distillery and 140-seat private event space.
A planned health and wellness center will comprise a gym, yoga studio and spa.
It is slated to open at Grace Bay Beach in 2022.
"Demand for boutique experiences in the Turks and Caicos is thriving, making it an ideal destination for the Dream Hotel Group flag," said Dream Hotel Group CEO Jay Stein.
The project is being developed by EA Group.
The boutique condo-hotel will offer 68 units available for sale.
The Bight by Dream Hotel Group will be the first property in the new By Dream Hotel Group Collection.
A second,, Emma & Elissa by Dream Hotel Group in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, was recently announced and is expected to open in 2023
