Payment processing company E-clear says it is committed to co-operating with the administrators of collapsed operator Globespan group.
The message came after PriceWaterhouseCoopers requested £35 million from the company (see previous TravelMole story).
E-clear declined to comment on the specific request but issued a brief statement.
“E-clear is committed to co-operating with the administrators of Flyglobespan Group and our legal teams are working closely to resolve the issues,” the statement said.
“At this stage we are unable to comment about the requested funds from PwC due to legal reasons.”
