Eastern Airways to serve Stavanger from Aberdeen
Eastern Airways is to start twice daily weekday flights between Aberdeen and Stavanger in Norway from August 13.
The new international route complements the carrier’s network of 10 destinations already served from the Scottish city.
The service, the airline’s first international route from Scotland, will be operated by a 50-seat Saab 2000 aircraft.
Aberdeen Airport acting managing director Gavin McKechnie said: “We’re delighted to see Eastern Airways expanding their services to include a European destination which will give their passengers a whole new opportunity.”
