EasyJet chief executive tipped to take over at ITV
EasyJet is refusing to comment on reports that boss Carolyn McCall is the leading candidate to be the new chief executive of ITV.
McCall is understood to have been interviewed to take over from Adam Crozier, who left ITV last month. A decision is expected as early as this week, according to the Guardian.
Since joining easyJet in 2010, McCall has transformed the airline into one of the largest in Europe.
She was previously chief executive of Guardian Media Group, which owns the Guardian and Observer newspapers.
