EasyJet to recruit 600 UK cabin crew
Applications are open for EasyJet’s largest cabin-crew intake in its 20-year history as the airline announces 1,200 new positions.
Six hundred of the new cabin-crew positions will be based in the UK, with the rest across EasyJet’s 27 European bases, in a combination of permanent and fixed-term contracts.
The news comes after EasyJet’s announcement earlier this year that it was opening recruitment for more than 350 pilots and providing career opportunities for more than 150 of its current first officers to be promoted into captain positions.
EasyJet currently employs over 5,500 cabin crew.
Head of cabin service Tina Milton said: "We’re looking forward to welcoming more people into our growing team."
