eBay MD joins Kuoni
Kuoni shareholders have elected two new members to the Board; Korean Jae Hyun Lee and Dutchman Adrianus Nuhn, who will each serve a three-year term.
Existing Board members Henning Boysen and David J Schnell were re-elected for terms of three years.
The new elections mean the Board has been expanded from seven to eight members, in line with the Group’s new global focus and the expansion of its business activities in Asia.
Lee has worked for online auction site eBay since 2002 and his currently managing director for the Asia Pacific region. Nuhn sits on the Boards of several consumer goods companies.
