Customers of global B2B travel tech platform Egencia can now access American Express Meetings & Events (M&E) and Global Business Consulting (GBC) services

It follows the acquisition of Egencia by American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) in November 2021.

Egencia’s 9,000+ customers have access to Amex GBT services to enhance their travel and meetings programs.

Mark Hollyhead, President of Egencia, said: “We are delivering on our commitment to extend the benefits of Amex GBT’s choice, and experience to Egencia’s customers. These M&E and consulting solutions will help build their travel and meeting programs.”

American Express Meetings & Events  manages 97,000 meetings per year in 120 markets with meeting spend worth $3 billion.

Egencia is expanding its current Groups & Meetings (G&M) offering and customers will get access to a full suite of end-to-end solutions.

Egencia customers, in addition to current Egencia Consulting services, will now get solutions from GBC including program strategy, commodity management, and outsourced travel management.
