Stuart Ellis has joined Emirates Tours UK as general manager, moving from Gulliver’s Travel Associates.

Formerly European markets group sales & operations manager for GTA, he has also worked for Thomson and Airtours.

The tour arm of the UAE airline operates to Dubai, Oman, the Indian Ocean, India, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

Ellis said: “To be part of the growth of the Emirates Group, and to lead its UK tour operations to the world’s most luxury destinations, is a truly motivating and exciting prospect.

“With the quality of our airline, holiday product, and an impressive service ethos to support that, I believe that our plans for continued growth are wholly achievable.”
