Ethics in Travel Recruitment Advertising
Dear Sir,
Having been actively job seeking in an incredibly difficult market for some time I have noticed how travel job websites do not seem to portray the actual number of jobs offered in an entirely honest manner.
For example, travelweekly.co.uk show 6 jobs in Uxbridge, in fact its the same job repeated 6 times?. In a similar example traveljobsearch.co.uk advertises 75 tour operator jobs in London, again many of the same jobs are repeated. I wonder if this is misrepresentation or ethical ?. It would be interesting to establish juts how many real jobs are actually out there ?.
