Etihad becomes GTMC associate
UAE carrier Etihad Airways has become an airline associate member of the Guild of Travel Management Companies.
GTMC chief executive Philip Carlisle said: “Associate membership will give Etihad access to our tmc members, including through the guild working party meetings; the airline will have exposure on our website and representatives will be able to attend the ultimate business travel debating, education and networking event, the GTMC annual conference.“
The airline’s UK country manager Clive Wratten said: “We are delighted to have formalised our relationship with an organisation that shares the same drive for excellence and service to the market as Etihad Airways.
“Etihad and the GTMC have a common dedication to serve the interests of the traveller and we look forward to a close relationship with the guild and its members.â€
