Eurostar rebrands its ‘mid-class’ offering

In response to what it describes as “the changing needs of customers”, Eurostar is introducing Standard Premier – a ‘mid-class’ designed to appeal to the more cost-conscious business traveller, as well as also leisure travellers who want extra space and service.
Standard Premier tickets have gone on sale for travel from September 1.
The new class will replace Eurostar’s existing Leisure Select class, which has been on offer since 2005.
Eurostar revised class options are now
<b>Business Premier</b>
Business Premier offers flexible fares, a 10 minute express check-in, business lounge access, plus drinks and menus often designed by top ranking chefs.
<b>Standard Premier</b>
With the option of flexible fares, Standard Premier customers are offered a light meal and a selection of magazines.
<b>Standard Class</b>
High-speed, city centre to city centre rail travel aimed at travellers on a budget
