Eurostar takes off with Virgin
A joint e-ticketing arrangement has been set up between Virgin Atlantic and Eurostar.
Travel agents and passengers can book with the airline and the high speed Channel Tunnel passenger train service from London to the Continent on a single transaction.
The move is designed to open up Eurostar bookings to more overseas travellers to the UK.
“Many of our customers making corporate bookings can now take full advantage of these through fares, opening up a host of new travel opportunities,” said the rail operator’s sales and marketing director Emma Harris.
