Eventsquid unveils advanced badging suite to streamline event check-in and attendee experience

Eventsquid, a leading event registration and management platform, has officially released its latest innovation: the Eventsquid badging suite. Designed to simplify and professionalize both pre-event logistics and on-site check-in, this robust suite includes a redesigned Pre-Print Badges module and a brand-new On-Demand Badges & Walk-Up Check-In option.

With the launch of the Eventsquid badging suite, event organizers now have access to an end-to-end solution that offers complete control, flexibility, and efficiency. Whether preparing badges in advance or printing them on-site in real time, planners can ensure a seamless check-in process for attendees of all types—VIPs, exhibitors, or general visitors.

The Pre-Print Badge module enables planners to design 4″ x 3″ or 4″ x 6″ badges with an intuitive drag-and-drop editor. Multiple badge formats can be created and associated with different attendee categories, and output is generated as print-ready PDFs for batch production using standard Avery stock. This replaces an older reporting-based system and repositions Eventsquid as a leader in comprehensive event tech solutions.

For greater flexibility, the On-Demand Badges & Walk-Up Check-In module offers a tablet-based interface (iOS and Android) that serves as a self-service kiosk. Attendees can search for their registration, confirm or correct their information, and print a badge instantly. At the same time, check-in data is updated in real time within the Eventsquid platform, giving organizers live insights into attendance.

Clients provide their own Zebra printers and badge stock, while Eventsquid supplies the software, app, and registration integration—keeping the solution cost-effective and fully self-managed. This approach not only reduces the need for on-site staff but also increases speed and reliability for event access.

The Eventsquid badging suite has been developed to meet the practical needs of today’s event professionals—scaling to suit everything from corporate meetings to major trade fairs. Its modularity and ease of deployment make it a compelling solution for organizers aiming to improve first impressions and operational efficiency.

With this release, Eventsquid strengthens its role as a trusted partner to the events industry—offering tools that enhance both planning and execution, while putting user experience front and center.
