Excite increases agent support

Sunday, 11 May, 2016 0

Excite Holidays has enabled a Live Chat feature on its website to give travel agents in the UK another method of interaction and booking support.

By using Live Chat, travel agents are able to speak to a member of Excite’s agency support team without waiting in a queue, 24 /7.

Once agents type in their query, they will receive an instant response

In addition, agents are still able to contact Excite Holidays by phone or email via an agency support centre, which operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

"We developed Live Chat as part of our ongoing commitment to customer service excellence," explains Adrian Marpole, head of sales, Europe.

"We wanted to provide our agents with an additional way to communicate with us and Live Chat allows them to receive real time answers to their booking questions."
