Exodus adds extra guaranteed departures for 2020
Exodus Travels has added an extra 708 departures on to its list of guaranteed trips for 2020 in response to strong trade demand over the last few weeks.
The extra guaranteed dates take the overall percentage of departures confirmed to run in 2020 to over 56%.
The operator has a total of 4,682 scheduled departures for small group guided tours around the world this year, of which 2,622 are now guaranteed.
Exodus Travels said the decision to guarantee an additional 36% of tours from the existing list of 1,946 dates came following positive sales, particularly via the trade, in the weeks running up to Christmas.
Having a departure listed as ‘guaranteed’ means that travel agents can feel confident about booking the tour, flights and ancillary products surrounding the trip.
Managing director Sam Seward said: "In response to demand from the trade and a strong upturn in sales post-election results, we are taking the step of doubling the number of guaranteed departures in 2020, to reduce barriers to sale for our customers and our trusted agents and partners."
