Experience Africa 2024 hails record-breaking attendance
Experience Africa 2024 kicked off this week in Bishopsgate London, welcoming a record breaking number of attendees.
The top trade event for Africa’s tourism sector attracted a record 602 attendees from 37 countries
There has been a significant increase in international buyers, particularly from the UK, US, China, and Europe.
There are 7,480 pre-scheduled appointments between buyers and exhibitors.
South Africa and Botswana have a major presence at the gathering, which features industry talks, destination training, and the inaugural ATTA for Action Awards.
This recognises sustainable tourism practices.
Promoted as the #ThePlaceToConnect for the African tourism industry, the event wraps up this evening.
