Midlands-based flight consolidator JTA Travel Group has signed up to use Multicom’s Find and Book travel software.

The addition of JTA’s flights will further enhance Multicom’s offer to the trade via the FindandBook (FAB) platform.

JTA general manager Rachel Braznell said: “Travel agents booking via FAB will also benefit from the speed of search results we can offer with an average of only six seconds per search which is backed up by our excellent reservations team.

“We pride ourselves on customer service and quality control with an average of 99.6 accuracy on all of our booking related administration.”

Multicom head of sales David Osborne added: “JTA Travel Group has established an enviable reputation in the industry for their quality of service underpinned by competitive fares for many leading long haul scheduled airlines.

“This is yet another example of our commitment to provide FAB users with access to the most comprehensive range of services at the best prices to match their customer’s requirements, whatever their needs.”
