Family arrested after headless body discovered in Japan hotel
A family has been arrested in Japan following the beheading of a hotel guest.
A woman and her parents were detained after the discovery of a headless body in a Japan hotel bathtub.
The remains were identified as Hitoshi Ura, who checked in with suspect Runa Tamura, 29.
Tamura’s parents allegedly helped to remove the head and hide it.
It happened at a Sapporo hotel.
It was reportedly a pay-by-the-hour ‘love hotel.’
The parents are facing possible charges of accessories to murder, mutilation and abandonment of a dead body.
The head was later found at the family home.
