Farelogix rolls out new analytics dashboard
Airline technology solutions provider Farelogix has launched FLX NDC-Dash, a new NDC powered analytics dashboard.
It targets Farelogix Open Connect/NDC customers by offering transactional and performance data to monitor their NDC programs.
The tool uses dashboards to enable reporting of data through the Farelogix Airline Commerce Gateway.
It offers four core reports which highlight booking patterns and trends, and identify the best performing channels.
"With NDC-Dash we are delivering the information airlines need to make more effective decisions based on both technical and performance data," said Jim Davidson, CEO of Farelogix.
Its enhanced reporting capabilities include the ability for airlines to see activity by API user and transaction, and to track agency sales to compare current volumes against historical data.
NDC-Dash can be hosted locally or in the cloud.
Farelogix now provides NDC distribution for more than 20 airlines.
