FCO issues new terrorism warning for Norway
British travellers are being warned of an increased risk of terrorism in Norway.
The Foreign Office updated its travel advice for Norway today, stating: "Terrorists are likely to try to carry out attacks in Norway. Attacks could be indiscriminate, including in places visited by foreigners.
"There’s a heightened threat of terrorist attack globally against UK interests and British nationals from groups or individuals motivated by the conflict in Iraq and Syria. You should be vigilant at this time."
The Foreign Office said it had updated information and advice about the threat from terrorism following an increased threat.
