FCO issues new warning of possible terror attack in Germany
Security has been increased at public buildings, transport hubs and at major events in Germany.
The UK Foreign Office said there was a high threat of terrorism in the country and the government has increased security as a precaution.
"Attacks could be indiscriminate, including in public places visited by foreigners," said the FCO.
"There is considered to be a heightened threat of terrorist attack globally against UK interests and British nationals, from groups or individuals motivated by the conflict in Iraq and Syria," it added. "You should be vigilant at this time."
