FCO warns of Ecuador Terror Threat
Britons travelling to Ecuador have been warned by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office about the threat of terrorist attacks on civilians.
FCO travel advice for the South-American country was revised because of what it described as: “a heightened general threat from locally-motivated terrorism”, according to Ananova.
The advice on the FCO website, saying visitors should be vigilant in public places, adds: “You should be aware of the risk of indiscriminate arracks against civilian targets in public places throughout the world from international terrorism.”
