Fears for half term skiing over French ski resort strikes
Some half term skiing holidays could be in the balance with ski resort strikes looming in France.
French ski resort staff could walk out on unlimited strikes from 31 January.
It affects ski lift operators and seasonal workers.
It could impact half term skiing holidays.
Unions said ski resort strikes wouldn’t necessarily begin straight away without further talks.
Any action would probably be rolling strikes, meaning not all relevant facilities would be affected at the same time.
