Silverjet plc (“Silverjet”), the British airline offering a private jet experience at a fraction of the price, today announces another record set of passenger and traffic statistics for February 2008.

1-29 February 2008

Available seats   13,800

Revenue seats¹   8,829

Load factor      Â  64%
On time departures²   87%

1 ‘Revenue seats’ represents the number of seats generating commercial revenue and also passengers on non-refundable tickets that have not flown.

2 ‘On time’ is defined as departure within 15 minutes of scheduled departure time.

Lawrence Hunt, Chief Executive of Silverjet, said:

“We are delighted to announce another record month of passenger statistics, with our load factor up 10% from January. This is particularly encouraging given the shorter month and February half-term.

“Forward bookings remain strong for both our New York and Dubai service which is further testament to the market endorsement of our product. We continue to see a very high number of repeat customers. On our New York service, over 25% of customers are now repeat bookers. Our Dubai service continues to go from strength to strength and is ahead of expectations.

“We are delighted to report that Silverjet is the most punctual airline on both our London to New York and London to Dubai services. Official data published by the Civil Aviation Authority this week confirms that Silverjet, for the third consecutive month in a row, is the top on time performer on the London to New York route and the top performer on London to Dubai for the second month in a row, which is extremely gratifying after only two months of operation. For the year as a whole, Silverjet was the top UK carrier flying from London to New York. We are very proud of this excellent performance which demonstrates our focus on service delivery. We look forward to maintaining our pole position throughout 2008.”

“The Board is making every effort to ensure that Silverjet will achieve its first month of operating profit and be cash generative in March 2008.”
