Fiji launches food and wine festival
The inaugural South Pacific Food & Wine Hospitality Conference and concurrent Trade Expo, at Denarau Island, Fiji is being sponsored by Tourism Fiji, Air Pacific and Destination Denarau,
The three-day event from March 14 next year will include keynote addresses from industry experts, master classes and demonstrations from celebrity chefs.
A major feature of the conference will be the hospitality trade expo, where leading local and international suppliers to the industry will be showcasing the latest in products and services.
Denarau Fiji, an integrated resort island, home to five international resorts, is located 20 minutes from the Nadi International Airport on the western coast of Fiji’s largest island, Viti Levu.
