With the Fiji Visitors Bureau budgets having been slashed, operators and properties wanting to attract business to Fiji from Australia pooled their resources and organised their own Fiji NOW! roadshow around Australia, which was an evening not to be missed this week in Sydney.

Brisbane and Melbourne were a sell out and Sydney’s Fiji NOW! saw a capacity crowd listen to presentations from all the partners and also winning heaps of fabulous holidays in Fiji.

With Qantas Holidays as a core partner, offering some really great Fiji deals through your regular Qantas Holidays booking system, the event also enjoyed the excellent support top Fiji product, including:

Presenters in addition to newly appointed FVB Australia GM, Paresh Pant told the real story about Fiji, that everything is cool, calm and safe as usual in Fiji.

They also gave the true answers agents can give to their clients about travel to Fiji – exactly as TravelMole has been saying since the coup – and I have been there and I am going again next month and can assure you there are no issues in Fiji.

So, FIJI is NOW! and the deals are very hot indeed, with either major discounts, including stay more than you pay for deals, free food, kids stay and eat free, etc, etc, the permutations are endless and many listed in Qantas Holidays – so get booking Fiji NOW!

It was great night, great product knowledge some real Fijian fun, even Fijian serenaders straight from Fiji to Sydney – we felt like were very nearly in Fiji – hey The Mole is going there next month so why don’t you and your clients?
