Fijis’ Castaway Island wins a real award!

Castaway Island, Fiji [pictured right at Dawn during The Mole’s visit last year] has announced that it has recently been awarded as one of the Top 10 Best Hidden Gems by web based travel site TripAdvisor.com in their 2008 Travellers Choice Awards.
Chosen by the world’s largest travel community, the consumer, this award is highly prized.
The TripAdvisor award represents the unbiased opinions of millions of real travelers who log onto the TripAdvisor.com site to provide feedback on their experience as a guest at Castaway Island, Fiji.
The winners were determined by a combination of the highest traveller ratings and the TripAdvisor Popularity index, a measurement of overall traveller satisfaction.
