Fine airport dining? Believe it in Boston
You don’t expect fine dining at an airport but passengers at Terminal B at Boston’s Logan can find Chef Todd English’s Bonfire Restaurant, which Travel + Leisure has cited as its “favorite” airport restaurant in the US.
An “American steakhouse with South American influences,” according to the restaurant’s website.
Specialties include a 14 oz. Prime Aged Sirloin with sweet and sour mushroom sauce,
The magazine also cited London Heathrow’s Plane Food restaurant. Chef Gordon Ramsay’s first airport restaurant won’t open until March, when Heathrow opens its Terminal 5. But it’s a restaurant “the editors are excited about,” says magazine spokeswoman Elizabeth Marsh.
