Minor Hotels’ Avani brand will make its Maldives resort debut on 1 April 2023.

It marks the opening of Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort.

The Baa Atoll 176-key resort will be Minor’s sixth property in the country, and the first for the Avani brand.

The upscale resort launches with various opening offers such as Avani Beach Studios from USD 650 per night.

The Maldives resort offers beach pool villas, four-bedroom beach pavilions, and three-bedroom over water villas.

The resort houses seven restaurants, a water sports centre, an AvaniFit gym and a contemporary AvaniSpa.

Fares is one of 61 islands within the protected Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
