FlyArystan launching first overseas route
Kazakhstan’s first ever low-cost airline FlyArystan is ready to spread its wings for its first international route.
It will start flying from its Nur-Sultan hub to Moscow on December 13.
Tickets are now on sale and the airline will serve Moscow Zhukovsky International Airport on Airbus A320 aircraft.
The three-hour flight will operate daily.
Zhukovsky is one of the fastest growing airports and recorded 173% growth in passenger traffic last year.
"We are confident that with our low fares we can stimulate significant new traffic between Nur-Sultan and Moscow in both directions," said FlyArystan’s director of sales and marketing, Janar Jailauova.
This new route is possible thanks to the addition of a fourth aircraft to the FlyArystan fleet in December which will be the second to be based in Nur-Sultan.
Low-cost airline FlyArystan is the new low cost division of Air Astana.
