Flybe announces new codeshare with Emirates
Flybe has entered into a new codeshare agreement with Emirates which will add 13 new destinations to the Middle Eastern carrier’s network.
It will be able to offer flights to and from more UK cities, including Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey and Newquay.
All Flybe services will connect with Emirates’ flights to Dubai and beyond from Manchester, Glasgow and Birmingham.
The two carriers are aiming to launch the codeshare in July.
Flybe chief commercial officer Paul Simmons said: "This new codeshare agreement with Emirates is yet another important milestone and an exciting development in the continued growth of Flybe.
"It allows us to give our UK customers a ‘One Stop to the World’ option with convenient, seamless access to Dubai and onwards to the rest of the world through our extensive regional route network, direct from their local airport."
