Flybe appoints new operations chief
Flybe has appointment former British Airways executive Luke Farajallah as chief operations officer. He will take up his role on April 1.
Farajallah replaces John Palmer, current director of operations, who is leaving Flybe at the end of March to join Boeing.
Flybe chief executive Saad Hammad said: "I am delighted to welcome Luke to Flybe – he brings with him a wealth of aviation experience and will play a key role in our journey to becoming Europe’s best regional airline. I would also like to thank John for his leadership, contribution and commitment over the years and wish him luck for his new role."
Farajallah joins from Bond Offshore Helicopters where he has been managing director since 2012.
He previously spent 17 years with British Airways in various operational roles and he has held senior operations roles with a number of airlines including easyJet and Wizz Air.
