Flybe launches new route to Lyon
Flybe is starting a new route from Birmingham to Lyon from May 1.
The year round service follows its Birmingham to Amsterdam route launched last year.
The flight will leave Birmingham at 10.30 Monday to Friday and return at 14.25.
On Sunday, it leaves Birmingham at 17.45 arriving back at 21.40.
Simon Lilley, Flybe’s director of marketing comments: "Flybe is committed to developing its route network out of Birmingham."
This follows the airline announcing 300 redundancies and a turnaround plan to cut £35 million of costs last week, see previous story.
