Flybe’s lowest web fares to be offered to trade
Flybe has agreed a new distribution deal with Galileo and Worldspan parent Travelport GDS.
The multi-year, full content agreement will to provide agents worldwide with access to the airline’s fares and inventory, including its lowest web-only fares.
The airline’s head of sales Stephen Hobday said: “The extensive network of Travelport GDS in the UK and other key markets will deliver exceptional reach to agents and is an important part of our distribution mix.
“It perfectly complements our multi-channel distribution strategy and will be a key driver as we look for ways to grow our business over the coming years.”
Matthew Hall, Vice President, Airline Services for Travelport GDS in Europe, Middle East and Africa, said: “By working with innovative carriers such as Flybe to secure their content on the GDS, we are ensuring that our agency customers remain competitive and continue to have access to the best possible airline content.”
