Flyglobespan to expand transatlantic services
Scottish web-based airline Flyglobespan is adding a series of transatlantic flights from UK airports in May.
It will launch a daily service from Liverpool to New York, using a two-class service – no-frills economy and premium economy.
From Glasgow, it is adding a daily Boston service (also two-class) and daily flights to Toronto.
It is also launching daily Toronto flights from Manchester and London Stansted and a weekly flight from Robin Hood Airport.
All Toronto flights will be operated with a three-class service – economy, economy premier service and business class.
A spokesman for the airline said more flights would be added next year but these would not be announced at this time.
Flyglobespan, a subsidiary of The Globespan Group,
