Foreign travelers impatient to know start date for US reopening
International travelers impatient to visit the US again are pleading with the US government to ‘give us a date.’ The White House announced it plans to reopen US borders to vaccinated foreign but has only said it will start from ‘early November.’
With potentially only a month away, travelers have been taking to social media pleading for news of an official start date so they can make plans and book tickets.
They may still have to week a few weeks before any concrete news. The CDC says it expects to have an order requiring airlines to collect passenger information for Covid contact tracing only by mid-October.
