Former Club 18-30 reps charged with debauchery
Five Club 18-30 workers who allegedly put on a sex show on a Greek beach have been charged with debauchery and could face up to two years in jail if they are forced to face trial.
As reported by News From Abroad, the five Britons have all left their jobs with the company after their antics on the beach at Kavos, Corfu, were filmed and later shown on Greek TV. Today’s Daily Mail reports that Greek authorities now have the choice to seek extradition, but that it is likely they will be tried in their absence.
If they are found guilty, which the newspaper suggests is likely, they would not be able to return to Greece without being arrested and could face a heavy fine or a jail sentence. The Mail states that Club 18-30 could face proceedings, but as the five have since left the company, this is unlikely.
