Former Co-operative Travel Management directors set up new TMC
Two former managers at Co-operative Travel Management have set up their own travel management company.
The TMC, called Incorporate Travel Management, has just bought Huddersfield-based independent agency Sellers Travel and plans further acquisitions in the UK.
Financially backed by investment firm Praetura Capital, Incorporate is based in Manchester but, since the Sellers purchase, also has a customer services team in Huddersfield.
Mike Crotty, formerly operations director for Co-operative Travel, is director business operations and online services of the new company.
Paula Cullen, previously national director of sales for Co-operative Travel, is director sales marketing and trade relations.
Cullen said: "We are in discussions with a few other agencies – business travel agents. We will have a leisure offering but it will be a value-added product for corporate clients."
Sally Crotty, who was head of key accounts at Co-operative Travel, has also joined as head of client services.
