Former Travelzest CEO takes legal action
Travelzest has confirmed that former CEO Jonathan Carroll has started ligitation in Canada against ‘the Company, its Directors and trading subsidiaires’.
The company terminated Carroll’s contract last month with group finance director Adrian Cobbold assuming responsibility for the day to day operations of the business in the short term, see previous story.
Travelzest said it believes the claims made in this action have no foundation or merit and has instructed its lawyers to contest the action.
In a statement, it said the Company will continue to update the market as appropriate.
