Funway launches new VISA debit card for agent rewards
Funway Holidays has launched a new VISA debit card for agents to earn tax free money on each booking made.
To coincide with Independence Day, the tour operator announced the new MoneyCard to reward agents selling holidays to the USA, Mexico, Caribbean, Middle East and the Far East throughout the year.
The agent will be provided with an actual VISA Debit Card that they can keep in their purse or wallet and use to spend on goods of their choice both online and in-store.
Funway says it will pay all the tax and National Insurance and the scheme is fully compliant with HMRC.
Bookings made online via Funway4Agents.co.uk get £10 loaded on their card, while bookings made via the Funway reservation team on 0844 557 0626 will get £5.
Additional cash incentives will run throughout the year, which will also be loaded onto the card.
Stephen Rhodes, Funway Holidays’ managing director said, "The Funway MoneyCard has been a long time in the planning and we have specifically ensured that all money earned by agents goes directly to them, not the tax man.
"The scheme is incredibly easy to register for and to use, plus there is no expiry date on the MoneyCard so agents can look forward to spending their money on whatever they like, whenever they like."
