Hurghada and Bodrum are being introduced as new routes by Jet2.com from Manchester.

The Egyptian Red Sea destination will become the low fares leisure carrier’s 50th route from the North West airport when flights start on October 15.

Fares start at £79.99 one way including taxes.

Flights to the Turkish resort of Bodrum start on May 16 next year with prices starting at £69.99 one way.

Package deals to Bodrum lead in at £329 per person for seven nights’ self-catering.

Jet2holidays managing director Steve Heapy said: “The launch of these new routes happily coincides with the release of our all-new Jet2holidays brochure, which will be hitting shelves from next week and will also be available to view online from June 3.”

The airline expects to carry one million passengers from Manchester this year.
