G Adventures boosts UK sales team
G Adventures has grown its UK sales team with the hire of Anthony McIntyre as a Global Purpose Specialist (GPS).
He will be responsible for business development and key accounts in the North West and surrounding areas of the UK.
The appointment follows G Adventures’ commitment to ensuring agents have a dedicated GPS in their area
He joins G Adventures with over a decade of customer service focused experience in the travel industry, working in the UK and abroad in varied roles.
He served as a team manager at Tui Group and most recently at Thomas Cook, managing a 24/7 team across the country that handled customer issues.
“We’re excited to welcome Anthony to the team. He brings with him over a decade of experience in the travel industry. His track record of driving results and building trust makes him a fantastic fit.” said Stu Darnley, National Sales Manager at G Adventures.
McIntyre has travelled extensively and lived in Mexico, Thailand, Spain and Greece.
“I wanted to join G Adventures because making a difference to people’s holidays – helping them discover new experiences and places – is such a rewarding part of my work,” he said.
