G6 Hospitality appoints new COO

G6 Hospitality, operator of economy brands Motel 6 and Studio 6 has appointed Mike Brower as Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect.
 
Reporting to chief executive Jim Amorosia, Brower moves up from the position of executive vice president of operations, which he has held since 2012.
 
Brower has been with the company since 1985.
 
In his 30 year career with G6, he has served in various operations and marketing leadership roles including director of marketing and regional vice president, operations.
 
"Brower is the perfect operational bridge between our owned and franchised locations. He possesses an in-depth understanding of the strengths and opportunities of our iconic brands, which will allow him to continuously improve our teams’ execution and dedication," said Amorosia.
 
In the new role he will oversee brand quality, guest experience, revenue growth and service levels across all G6 brands.
