Galileo launches web-based information service
An intuitive internet-based knowledge bank tool called ASKGalileo has been launched in the UK.
The free tool claims to provide Galileo users with instant access to help and support.
ASKGalileo allows agents to search for a subject by category for general information or enter specific search criteria for more in-depth help.
The information contained in the answer includes not only the Galileo entry for the subject requested but also best practice information and hints and tips, according to Galileo UK.
UK country manager Patrick Lukan said: “We are delighted to be launching yet another useful tool for our clients. We have made this service easy to navigate for agents, ensuring it is time efficient and simple to use.”
