Gathering for Marriott execs
The Sydney Marriott Hotel on Hyde Park was the venue this year for the group’s four Sydney properties to participate in “Global Customer Appreciation Day” – an annual event in which each of the Marriott properties worldwide contacts clients to acknowledge their support.
This year the theme was “Taking Partnership to Another Level”, and teams from the Sydney Marriott Hotel, the Sydney Harbour Marriott, the Courtyard by Marriott North Ryde, Courtyard by Marriott Parramatta and the Marriott Global Sales Office made more than 400 phone calls, and closed sales in excess of $4.9 million.
And at the end of a hard day’s work, participants gathered for an evening cocktail party in the Sydney Marriott’s new look Lobby Lounge.
